Television host and model Kim Jones, the current girlfriend of actor Jericho Rosales, is only happy to share the current state of her relationship with the Kapamilya star.

Five months since they first made their public appearance as a couple, Kim said her relationship with Jericho continues to thrive with “honesty, communication and trust.”

“He’s just amazing. I’m smitten. Communication is important, being able to open with each other, and having the same interests, that’s very important as well. We get to bond a lot over that stuff,” Kim told ABS-CBN News on Thursday.

In earlier interviews, Kim shared that just like Jericho, she is an avid surfer, pointing to beaches as the “best thing” about the Philippines.

A Filipino-British model, Kim grew up in Australia, where she had just gone on vacation before returning to the country to attend to professional engagements.

‘Taking notes’

“I came back from Australia, and now I’m back to work mode at the moment,” said Kim, who is one of the models of clothing brand Wrangler.

“In terms of the business, he’s helped me to learn to be myself, to shine, and to just enjoy it and have fun with it,” Kim said, referring to Jericho, who is also busy as one of the most sought-after actors on TV.

Asked if she intends on following suit as an actress, Kim said she continues to learn more on the craft by taking workshops and “taking notes” from her celebrity boyfriend.

“He’s very supportive, I’m actually taking acting workshops now. It’s fun. I watch a lot of his movies and ‘Dahil sa Pag-Ibig.’ I’m learning a lot, I’m taking notes. I cry in all of his movies,” said the TV host, who shared she is now studying speaking fluent Tagalog.

Quizzed on roles onscreen she would like to portray, Kim said: “I haven’t thought about it. But if opportunities come along, I would love to look at each one. It depends. If the right one comes along, then I’ll definitely start.”
